I got my car fixed from this shop. The brown guy with all the tattoos fixed the damage. He even made my passenger window work again and that wasn't even a part of the claim. 5 stars. Didn't get a chance to say thanks to him. My car looks better than before the accident lol thanks
I am an auto body technician, and I was hired at Dueck on Marine Body Shop, but I quit after one week due to the toxic environment created by an estimator named Sathi. His rude, controlling behavior made it extremely difficult to work, and I wasn't the only one affected—everyone in the shop seemed stressed and unhappy because of him. This is by far the shittiest bodyshop took it for an estimate and they never got back 10 call over the past month and no update they keep transferring calls from here to there Get a response from them will call you this week and next week but the calls never come Either the main guy is on break or his not available or something I was so frustrated called icbc to get my body shop transferred Not recommending them Zero stars 😡
Great body shop. My truck looks like new. The guys were friendly and kept me up to date during the process. Nick and Bruce and the receptionist Darlene were all particularly helpful.
Took my truck there for a icbc claim for a busted bedside and rear axle replacement called every two weeks over 4 months, said they would follow up and once the repairs were done the rear view camera didn’t work and missing door seals. Upon going to return going to get what they broke fixed I discovered most of there auto body workers were new to Canada and could barely speak English
