Extremely disappointed and frustrated with Dueck on Marine Auto Body Shop. We bought a Chevy Equinox and unfortunately had an accident that damaged the front right headlight area. We took the car to Dueck on Marine for repairs. Weeks later, we noticed the headlight was badly misaligned. We brought the car back to the same shop expecting them to fix their mistake. Very poorly trained customer service who were pushy to get my mother to pay. When getting repairs, they were reluctant to explain the extra costs involved. They gave me a bill that was 40% more than my original quote. When asking about the additional cost, the boy said that I “could always come in and take a look myself”. Upon accepting this offer the very next day, the person at the front desk was annoyed at my willingness to add up the costs and go over the paperwork.
