Exceptional service from his bracket poking him very irritating we were able to call and speak to the on-call provider, Yvonne, who met with us after hours to take care of the situation so my son wouldn’t have to go all weekend more days of discomfort. The office staff is always so friendly. Great care.
Braces put on 9/28/2026. Glennette and Dr Smith are amazing. Glennette explained every step. Very friendly enviroment!!!
Due west had awesome customer service. Thank you Yvonne for coming to my rescue, after hours to remove a band that was irritating my gums. Due West prides itself on customer service.

My daughter had Yvonne today to work on getting her ready for retainers. My daughter has autism and social interactions can sometimes be hard but she made her feel like she matters and was extremely professional.
