Best ramen I’ve ever had. The one with salmon, kimchi and udon in a lobster broth. Very good food. Indoor dining area a little cramped.
I used to love the broth lab, but sadly this place has gone downhill. High prices for very small portions. 16$ for a "smash burger" (sides not included) and it was made with FROZEN patties! I'm very dissapointed. I won't be coming back until the quality of the food is worth the price
this was our first time coming since they rebranded and the ramen #1 was disappointing. It’s not at all like traditional ramen and there was hardly any broth. The noodles tasted like they were drenched in soy sauce and the eggs were ice cold. The only upside I think was the pork belly. It was very tender and fell apart easily.
