An OIS fee of $24!!! You got me all the way messed up! Because you have the authority to offer other items that my vehicle MAY need?? No sir but thank you for letting me know (2 stars for customer service)
Add an extra fee. Pretty sure the extra fee is illegal.
$8.50 OIS fee is optional but you are opted in by default and small shop fee is another $8.50 (non-negotiable). Go to Valvoline or another shop and you’ll pay $7 instead of $16 or $24
