I went to the Otsego location today with an old Due North pre-paid card that had 3 washes left on it. The semi-rude kid told me this isn’t Due North this is Good Day and we don’t take those cards. What? I said I know you changed hands a while back but I bought this here. He said, well we don’t take them you have to go to Due North. I said where would that be? He told me Albertville/St.Michael area. I drove out there and the manager there told me that they bought out all the outstanding Prepaid cards and it should’ve been hon... read more
Great wash, great people and great service!
This place is great and their vacuums are free
They opened last winter, before bugs on windshields. I asked the guy with the pressure washer to spray the windshield. He refused and said " the wash will get it". It didn't so went through a second time. Again asked him if he would clean the bugs, and he said the windshield was good enough, and he had a lot of cars to wash. I think their expectation is to get your vehicle wet but not necessarily clean. They do provide nice rags and window cleaner so you can scrub the windshield yourself.
Always super nice employees and very willing to clean my Mats.place is always tidy.
