She’s ghosted us. We’re past due on taxes even though we turned them in months ago and she isn’t communicating anything to us. Update: she told us we couldn’t come back after the poor review I left. It’s not that I don’t like this tax service it’s that we turn our stuff in by March and we could not get one single word from her weather it was email or phone call and didn’t know anything until may because she needed to ask us if we could do an extension. as the customer I believe that I should be able to ask for an update.
They are good and honest and are also very reasonable with their costs!
