Paid almost 20k for landscaping and trees planted as a privacy screen in the springtime. Before winter three of the seven trees were dead. Per his guarantee we were told the trees would be replaced the following spring with trees the same size or larger to match the surviving trees. After many phone calls the trees were finally replaced - with specimens half the size of the originals - and no compensation for the reduction in tree size.
