We called and requested a quote for windshield repair. We received the quote over the phone and he said it would be a few days to get it in. After receiving this quote, he asked us to bring the vehicle in to verify some details of the order. After seeing my husband and I, he suddenly changed his tune and said hes not sure when the glass would be in, but that he would call us. That was in February, its now May.
