The service was great and very affordable. After calling, they were able to respond the very next day. They (Jesse, the AC technician) showed up ready to work that morning after calling ahead to let us know he was on the way. Jesse was friendly and very nice and answered each question respectfully, honestly, and was informative. He worked fast and hard and did a great job. Does not perform emergency services calls on weekends and especially Sundays. Jeff the owner misled us during temps in the 90's all weekend. We had to stay at home because he led us to believe he would be at our home after Church on Sunday. He admitted today he doesn't work on the Lord's Day. If he had been upfront and honest about his not really having 24 hour service we could have called someone else. He doesn't care about potential customers comfort and well-being.
