It used to be a good dental practice, but since the young dentist left, we’ve had a lady who was quite rude and unprofessional. The manager refused to move us to someone else, so we left after 5 years. I can’t fault the receptionists, as they’ve always been very helpful and polite.
Avoid! I understood after our appointment why we paid upfront! Daughter was in excruciating pain and we was told by 111 this practice would help her, all he did was refer her elsewhere after prodding and poking and making situation worse, not a very sympathetic or caring dentist, save your money and go elsewhere!
Very poor practice - poor treatment received from dentist and reception staff are incompetent
