I wouldn’t even give one star if I could. After receiving a filling here, I was in pain for over a month. Every time I called for help, I was told I was “on the waiting list.” Meanwhile, I ended up seeing a private dentist three times in that same period they were far more helpful, prescribed antibiotics when I developed an abscess, and advised that I needed a root canal and another filling. I was disgusted when my 94 year old mother was told there were no emergency appointments when she had a facial swelling after a routine filling. Furthermore there were no appointments for the Thursday or Friday either and she should call 111. There is no duty of care , lack of responsibility or empathy. My mother has been a regular patient for decades never missed an appointment or been late. Being clinical myself i found this level of care appalling
