Absolutely unbelievable, I was waiting in the queue for 5 minutes on the phone and when I finally got to position number 1, guess what - they hung up on me. It’s happened before as well, can’t believe it.

I had a very disappointing experience with the GP surgery. When I first visited to register, the receptionist was extremely rude and told me they were not accepting new patients. However, the next day my wife went in, and they gave her a registration form without any issue. When I later returned to submit the form, they then told me they don’t have any midwife services available — even though my wife is pregnant and urgently needs midwife support. If I could give minus I would, this GP fails to deliver basic public services for the past few years now, some of these GP’s feel so above everyone and entitled, god forbid you have curiosity against something they’ve said, they just want you in and out to beat the clock, you could be dying and wouldn’t know thanks to these lot - avoid as much as possible if you care about yourself and your family

There is one doctor here in particular that I will absolutely not be seeing again. Upon reviewing notes from a consultation today, she has completely ignored what I have said and written notes that are completely incorrect, (this can also be backed up by A&E notes she had access to that were written 3 days ago.) The most patronising person I've ever met - along with the attitudes and the difficulty getting an appointment, this is why people take so long to seek help. I think you live in hope these days that you don't become unwell, as there is very little help out there. I have simply given up with this surgery. The reception staff are so unprofessional and scruffy. If you get to see a doctor, they appear far too young and inexperienced. I have had many wrong diagnosis. You may as well use Google to diagnose yourself. That is how bad the situation has become. Hopeless, and these are probably the good days compared to 5 years time. I am known as the ''voice of common sense''
