Purchased a used vehicle and broke down on the way home, rang Dudley Motor Company straight away, who said ring your RAC Breakdown warranty to get recovered. What nightmare that was and waste of time. Dealership didn't want to know, eventually got recovered to another garage nearby. They discovered the vehicle had been in an accident and repaired badly with second-hand parts, I rang Dudley Motor Company and they didn't want to know and refused me a refund! Go elsewhere and avoid these Sharks.!!
First rate service yet again. The high standards never faultier. Friendly, knowable and always helpful. It's a pity Vauxhall don't give Oscars. Dudley Motors would have shelf full !
