I think Ben Gregory, self-titled CEO,wants this business to fail, and to fail immediately. I'll quote him here "we're not here to help people make a decision on their purchase". See we bought a tree and followed his suggestion to not anchor it. So that "the roots set faster" he said. We're not tree experts and assumed he was, because he said he was. So we didn't anchor.
