Friendly and honest!
I've never had a bad experience at with Dudek Oil. The people who answer the phone are always friendly and helpful. Justin who services my boiler and delivers my oil has been knowledgeable and professional and Kevin has been great selling me 3 Weber grills over the years and responding immediately the rare time I had problems.
This store is unbelievable! They not only have everything for your Weber grill but the service is amazing. I called earlier this week to ask them to come out and see what was wrong with the starter on my grill. After walking me through a battery change, it was decided he needed to come out. I got put on a waiting list. Lo and Behold couple of days later Kevin stopped by and fixed it and didn’t even charge me as it was just a loose wire. Incredible. Thank you!!!!!
