I was charged $450 for a part that an electrician reviewed & told me costs no more than $200. When I called to discuss my bill, the office manager lost her temper, said nobody has questioned a part before, and hung up on me. When I called back to close my account, the man who answered was more professional. I later learned, my card that they were holding on file, authorized for oil delivery only, was charged $700 (for this part & 15 min service visit) prior to me ever seeing or reviewing the bill.

New to area and called Dudek for oil service because they were right around the corner. They said “we don’t deliver to you if you aren’t a customer and we are not taking on any new customers.”
I have bought a couple of my Weber grills from them. I stopped in recently to have mine serviced. Kevin went above and beyond to get my Genesis e450 back up and running. I will never by a grille anywhere else. Their showroom is awesome! 6 stars if I could.
I’ve been going to the small business for four years now getting propane for my food truck. If I could give the small business 10 stars I would yesterday I went with a problem with my propane tank and Kevin took his time checked all the lines and found the problem thank God for him. He’s always thinking safety first.
