I have been attending small group training classes at Duddy Performance consistently for the past 6 months and I kind of feel like a new person. The small group class format is what truly sets Duddy Performance apart, and it’s exactly what I needed. The coaches are knowledgeable, supportive, and take the time to understand your goals and limitations. The workouts are challenging, well-planned, and motivating - and the welcoming community keeps me coming back. It’s the personal attention that really makes this gym special.
I never thought I’d be someone who actually looks forward to going to the gym, but here we are. The coaches at Duddy Performance are supportive, encouraging, and quite possibly the only people I will allow to tell me what to do. They somehow manage to gently push me even while I’m actively complaining about the workout . The environment is fun, welcoming, and completely judgment-free.
