I have said before that Liza and her team are great. Patient, caring and upbeat. No better way to experience personal training. Now, several months in, that remains true. No better way to go about personal training.
Liza of Duddy Performance is a great trainer. I have also been enjoying the small group classes with Mo and Jenn C. They are able to customize the workout for each client. They are knowledgeable and very up to date with the latest information around health and fitness! Small group has made working out fun and I look forward to weekly sessions with the community that has been created at Duddy Performance!
I highly recommend Duddy Performance! I really appreciate the small group classes and the individualized attention and accountability that the small group allows. All of the staff create such a welcoming, inclusive space while still encouraging me to reach my goal of building strength while staying injury free. My kids (middle and high school) have also trained at Duddy and they love it!

I’ve been going to Duddy Performance twice a week for the past 3 months. I initially started as a way to get back into a routine after having a baby; I was mainly looking to build back strength and improve my energy levels. The team is incredibly welcoming and fun to work out with. The workouts themselves are challenging, and are also personalized to your fitness level.
