I started with Duddy when I was pregnant with my second child because I was seeking a workout that would be accessible, sustainable, and develop with me as I gained my strength back postpartum. The team was so kind in helping me prepare for birth and checking in with me/going on walks with me until I was cleared for exercise. Great workouts with a group of fun, positive, and supportive trainers!
My high school aged daughter has been training at Duddy with their amazing coaches since 8th grade, and I also work out there in small group sessions. We both love the positive work out environment, the focus on our whole selves and the coaching staff is second to none.
Just had my first small group workout and I am totally sold on Duddy Performance! I was hesitant to try it due to my lack of experience and beginner level fitness due to an injury this winter. The competent, knowledgeable instructor/coach fit me into the class where I felt completely safe and comfortable. Loved the tailored all body workout and can’t wait for the next one❤️❤️❤️
Duddy Performance is an inclusive, welcoming, high energy fitness community that meets you where you are. I love being challenged in my workouts by all of the coaches, and being supported by them. I've been coming to DP for over two years now and they're all amazing people who help you reach your goals! Highly recommend.
