We used Dudding to replace our Closed Loop Geothermal unit. Our experience with them was nothing but positive. The owner, Larry, takes great pride in their work and has an attention to detail that demonstrates it. Their front office staff is also courteous, prompt and professional fielding our questions and scheduling our service. We would highly recommend them to anyone in the area that needs HVAC services.
We met with three companies for quotes on a new gas furnace. Price-wise, a great knowledge base, plus problem-solving skills enabled us to confidently choose Duddings as our company . Installation went smoothly and all the employees were friendly and very nice. Also, a shout out to Tara, the office staff! Great personality and very good communication skills!

Had them come quote hooking a new gas line (20ft) to a new meter. Owner said it shouldn't cost that much. Lady called with a $850 quote as a worst case scenario. Needless to say I got an $800 bill for something that only cost maybe $150 in materials. Should have been an easy $500 bill at the most. Talk about highway robbery. Had I known it was going to be $800, id done it myself.
