Archie and Parker provided excellent service. They cleaned out the dryer duct and installed a new duct. My old one had holes that Archie showed me by putting a flash light inside the duct. Now I know why I have so much dust in the laundry. If you call Steve, be sure to ask for Archie. He is a professional of the highest level.

I had the best experience with Ductz. I emailed to have my dryer vent cleaned and quickly had an appointment set up by Steve. Dennis and Josh came to conduct the cleaning and did a quick job, they were thorough and had some great communication. When they were done they cleaned up after themselves and let me know that the cleaning work was relatively minor (always good to know). It was great to deal with Dennis and Josh and I'd highly recommend Ductz to anyone in the future needing service work.

I called Ductz of North Alexandria for my duct in my dry vent . It was do clog so I had them do heating and air system. They did an excellent job and did both systems in a few hours . I recommend them to my friends and they had theirs done as well. A good professional crew and company. Give them a call

They did a great job clearing out my ducts! In the process there was a little whoopsie that required me to get my dryer fixed by a different company. The GM was happy to reimburse me for not just the repair bill but also my laundromat expenses. Anyone can give 5 stars when things go right, but you really see the integrity of a company when things go wrong and how they fix it. In that sense, Ductz came through with flying colors.
