Great experience overall. It was snowing a ton and they called me to tell me they were running a few minutes behind-so thoughtful! They were friendly to my little ones and took their shoes off at the door each time they went in and out-which I appreciated a lot with a crawling baby! :) They went above and beyond-I even noticed him hand wiping the vent covers! So glad to have called them, I feel like my home feels much cleaner now.

Ductz was a great company to work with. Their customer service, friendliness, and thoroughness of their technicians was welcomed. They did a great job o our ductz. We were wavering on doing the vent for the dryer, ended up doing it, and it’s amazing how much better it is actually working. We will definitely use ductz again!
