On june 6 ductz was supposed to fully clean my air ducts, air handler etc. Today, I found out they failed to clean the air handler at all and did not properly clean the ducts and did not even sanitize despite me paying extra for this service. Ductz admits to not sanitizing and not cleaning my air handler. They refuse to fully refund me. This is fraud and i will be pursuing them for all of my money back. Under unfair trade, I am entited to 3 times what i paid them plus punitive and attorneys fees
