Very Unprofessional ! Kent, the owner, Scheduled to send his workers between 13:00 - 13:30 for our HVAC system cleaning. One guy showed up at 12:15 without any invoice for the job ! ... The worker couldn't contact the owner, and he excused that he is in a "meeting". So he left and asked us to call later to re-schedule. Kent, the owner, did not return our call and text messages and then next day when we called again he was very ignorant and denial to take responsibility.
