Called them to come clean out our dryer duct. They had to cancel but called us immediately to apologize for the cancellation and said that they didn’t want to alienate a customer before the work was even done. They rescheduled PROMPTLY and arrived at 7am sharp on the next available date that worked for us. Absolutely recommend and will be calling again for service when needed.
Tommy and his crew from Ductz of Delchester have exceeded expectations. I have used their services for the last 2 years and they have been on schedule, and do a very clean and thorough job. I'm very satisfied with their service.
