The crew from Ductz arrived on time and managed to get the entire HVAC system cleaned in one day. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is that we had multiple reschedules before they had a cancelation and did our home.
Thorough, professional, and genuinely impressive service. DUCTZ did an outstanding job at our home — they cleaned the ducts across two full HVAC systems and tackled our dryer vent as well. Excellent Customer Service and complete professionalism.
The Ductz crew was extremely professional from the start. They arrived on time and finished within the timeframe they gave us. They were completely thorough going through each and every duct(23 in total), took pictures and shared them with me showing all current and potential issues. The entire team was friendly and respectful our us and our home. They were very neat, clean and work with us having a full house and three dogs to jockey around.
