When I called Ductz, they sent someone out that very day. The technicians arrived promptly, as scheduled, and they were very professional, personable and polite. They also did a thorough job of cleaning the dryer vents behind the dryer and in the attic (we have an older house), and they were careful not to leave a mess behind. I recommend the company highly, and I will definitely use it again.
