Short version: We had Jerry, Hazel, and Josh out to determine whether we had the necessary ducts to install a vented clothes dryer. They had to deal with a number of curious issues, but kept at it until they had the system figured out. DuctVac NW knows their business! They are professional, efficient and polite. They (Jerry) first came out to clean the heating ducts in our new house. After the cleaning Jerry pointed out that the hot air flow from our floor registers was weak, which we had also noticed - the only way to warm the house was to turn the thermostat up to 74 degrees or more.
