I had a problem with my stove yesterday. It's electric and there shouldn’t be any problems, but it wasn’t warming the food up at all. I hired Eric from DustServ and he found a broken wire and replaces it instantly. Great help!
They "cleaned" my dryer ducts, but actually just forced their poles so hard that it knocked the duct out, leaving it open and venting into the ceiling. Their guys lie about lint coming out, rush you, and charge you $150 each vent stack. Wouldn't recommend.
I was informed that my dryer vent was not up to code so I was put in touch with ductserv from Angie's list. To make a long story short Alan and his team were fantastic. They called advising me they were purchasing the parts needed to do the job and would be there the time specified. They were on time had all the materials needed to do the job.
