I never thought I’d fall for a scam, but that what Ducts Tigers is. I spent $1636.78 for the VIP 10- year plan...now they are OUT OF BUSINESS! Please be warned.
Don’t fall for this scam. I paid $1600 for a 10 year service, now their phone is out of service.
As of the timing of this review, there are only two reviews on google. I encourage anyone reading this review to research this company on the Better Business Bureau (BBB) website. They may have had previous business names, but there is a litany of negative reviews on this company. Buyer definitely beware, this is not a trustworthy company. Looks like i have lost 1800 $ which i paid for the 10 Year VIP membership. I am not able to reach the Ducts Tigers now . The phone number listed is out of service and no response to the email as well .
Very friendly and professional. Like any home service you should be prepared for the upsell, but they didn’t press. We settled in the middle and they completed the job quickly. Thanks!
