Cannot recommend Ducts R Us enough! My husband and I recently purchased a home and wanted to get all the air ducts cleaned out prior to moving in. Scheduling the appointment was a breeze and their staff was very nice over the phone. Michael was the technician assigned to our job and I was blown away by how professional he was. Michael and Juan were friendly, professional, communicative, and did a great job cleaning out a blocked up third floor dryer vent. Really happy with the service provided. Melanie was great to work with during the scheduling process as well.
I used Ducts R Us after moving into my condo and noticing accumulation of dust and grime in the air vents after living there for a year. Michael and Juan were great. They worked hard for more than 4 hours cleaning everything out for us. They also were frieny towards our pets and allowed my kids to chat their ears off while they worked. Michael was very professional and explained every time he was shifting to do something new in the process.
