From my initial phone inquiry with Melanie, she explained everything in great detail, including pricing, procedure, time frames and was very thorough and patient in her explanations. The two technicians, Charlie and Mikey, were timely, friendly, very thorough, very efficient, explained what was happening along the way, and answered questions very well too! We had our entire home done for a crazy good deal! I requested a quote off yelp and was contacted immediately and promptly! To compare prices, my parents got theirs done with a different company for $1.8k and I got our entire home done for less than $400. The two guys that came were extremely friendly, clean, and amazing!!! Cannot recommend this company enough. We will definitely be recommending to our friends and family in the future!
Ducts R us did an amazing job with our ventilation system. The team was professional, fast, and very friendly. And the air feels so much cleaner now. This was definitely a five star experience and I highly recommend Ducts R us.
Good service. The only downside is that their phone often goes to voicemail. In my experience, I can’t reach them by calling — I usually have to wait for them to call me.
