If I could give 0 starts I would. Scheduling my appointment seemed a little suspicious. Also kinda weird that the caller ID is out of Columbus. Also, there’s no email or confirmation given of your appointment being booked…just all-around suspicious…anyway, I reach the end of the arrival window for my appointment and I hadn’t heard anything. So I called, and they said they can’t make it to my residence today. Offered to reschedule and I said no.
