From the Gaines Family – Olive Branch Area Duct Man Air Duct did an outstanding job from start to finish. Their team was professional, knowledgeable, and clearly committed to delivering quality work. What really stood out was their willingness to address any concerns without hesitation. If something needed a second look, they were more than willing to revisit it and make sure everything was exactly right. That level of customer care is rare these days, and it shows how much they value the people they serve. We highly recomm... read more

I am very pleased with the work the team from Ductman did for me last week. They were very prompt and had excellent communication with me through the whole process of removing the mold from our air ducts and cleaning the ducts. It took about 2 1/2 to 3 hours to complete the process, and they did the work the same day they came to give me an estimate. This was our 2nd time using Duct Man. The first time was 5 years ago when we bought the house and the 2nd time was last week. The price was about the same. The service was great both times. They explained various treatment options and next steps. They did not rush out the door when the job was complete. Instead they took time to answer our questions and ... read more

They are a very professional company. I inquired, online, about a free estimate and they called me back the same day to schedule an appointment. They arrived at the scheduled time, communicated all the possibilities before the inspection and showed me pictures of their findings. I decided to use their services and they were able to clean, treat and sanitize all my vents, the same day, for a reasonable price. I definitely recommend them to my friends and family.
