Karol is A BEAST! I would 10/10 recommend them to anyone who wants to be serviced by a PRO! In a time where it's easy to believe the idea of Customer Service is dead- Karol and Ductless.ca have come through for our family whenever we've had a problem. They are kind, responsive and explain the difference between things that need to happen vs things you might want to do.
