I just had a Mitsubishi mini-split installed in my shop by Paul and Carl out of the Stayner location and couldn’t be happier with the service. Paul’s level of knowledge on our initial meeting made it easy to say yes and proceed with the install. Within a couple of days after saying yes the unit was up on the wall and working perfectly. Clean worksite and clean install. I would highly recommend this company.

Karol is A BEAST! I would 10/10 recommend them to anyone who wants to be serviced by a PRO! In a time where it's easy to believe the idea of Customer Service is dead- Karol and Ductless.ca have come through for our family whenever we've had a problem. They are kind, responsive and explain the difference between things that need to happen vs things you might want to do. It's great to leave a service not feeling like they took advantage of my knowledge gap.
