Advanced Energy was fantastic! They rearranged their schedule to get someone out to us the same day, which we appreciated so much! Tony was professional, knowledgeable, and found the issue quickly. While the full repair couldn’t be completed today, he was able to fix the furnace so we have heat in the meantime. He explained everything clearly and made sure we were taken care of before leaving. Excellent service and great communication — highly recommend Advanced Energy!
Review from 2024: They came and tried to fix our old HVAC system, the fix didn't last long, but it was 20+ yrs old so that wasn't a surprise. We then got a quote for a new HVAC, they were able to come out and install it very quickly. They were very polite and considerate the entire time and I am satisfied with the work done for the price. I had the Advanced Energy Systems Inc. guys come check out my heat pump, which had stopped working. They replaced a blown capacitor, but unfortunately, that was not the problem. The compressor was shot. I met them at their shop, and they explained to us some options for replacement. We ordered a new Trane heat pump and gas furnace.
