Had a ductless installed a few years ago by another company and it stopped working. Tony and his crew went numerous times to troubleshoot the ductless heat pump and got it fixed. They even took the extra step to get the parts covered under warranty. Really satisfied with their level of service and professionalism. Highly recommend them and really appreciate their patience.
I had my gas furnace and AC units replaced with a heat pump for cooling and heating with a gas furnace for very cold weather and I am very happy with the new system. The Advanced Energy team did a great installation job. I highly recommend them.
They came and tried to fix our old HVAC system, the fix didn't last long, but it was 20+ yrs old so that wasn't a surprise. We then got a quote for a new HVAC, they were able to come out and install it very quickly. They were very polite and considerate the entire time and I am satisfied with the work done for the price.
Beware they will overcharge you! Came to my house to check my heater. Spoke a different language in front of me and then charged over $250 to let me know that there was an airflow blockage that was causing over heating. Save yourself the money and insults and choose someone else!
Advanced Energy Systems Chehalis installed a Heat Pump for me in late summer. They arrived when agreed, installed the unit as expected and cleaned up the area when finished. After several months I have had no issues and my electric bill has reduced. I am extremely satisfied with my Mitsubishi heat pump - it is soooo quiet! I would definitely recommend using Advanced Energy, the best service I have had since moving to Washington State
