Hired them for my mom's house and mine. Would not recommend them called them less than a month later to let them know I had a lot of dirt in my furnace filter and they acted like oh well they said they did before and after pictures I never got them on either house they still to this day have not contacted me to fix the issue. They sure were from being cheap at least they could do us stand behind there work. They also broke 2 of my register vents which is very unprofessional. I was amazed by how much dirt, dust and pet hair they cleaned out of my duct system. It must have been 25 pounds. Very professional service and crew. The owner and the crew were very diligent in explaining what they do (and why they do it) which gives you confidence in their work. I can't wait to see how this improves our health.
We have a new construction house that is now 6 years old and have never had the ducts cleaned. I called and left a message to schedule a cleaning and the owner called me back that day (note that it was after 5 pm when he called so I was impressed!) I was able to get an appointment scheduled within 2 weeks. The guys they sent were very professional and knowledgeable...texted and even called when they were on their way. They took before and after pictures, amazing! Highly recommend them!
Excellent service for dryer vent cleaning. Two servicemen were very professional and helpful. Explained everything clearly. Would highly recommend! And will use again! Lynn B
