One star makes sense now. Unreliable. Disfunctional. Don't show up as planned. Going with ryanaire. Show up, do the job, much less expensive than these weirdos. Canceled appointment with us because we got bumped. Lol. Goofballs probably perform tasks as poorly as manage company.
I called to get a quote on a dryer vent cleaning and was put through to an operator who asked what city, and state I was in? I was then directed to a call center and was asked the same question. Then he proceed to say we wouldnt be in Westerchester County until next week. I'm in Saratoga County, I replied. Well in that case we will be there later this week and its $250. He didnt ask me anything about where my dryer was... one story, two story, where the dryer was located, or how far it was to vent it? He WAS quick to provide... read more
