I did a DIY heat pump replacement. Went to another shop first and they treated me like I was a idiot. Ended up going to duct source and they were excellent. They understood the ask and offered better ideas in a respectful way. We figured out a plan for the duct work and they got it all made up. Everything was built really well and fit perfectly. The air handler/supply/return looks better than the professionally installed one I replaced it with.

I have been in the HVAC business since 1995, this is hands down the best shop I have ever dealt with. Incredibly knowledgeable, Fast turn around times and most importantly they do it right the first time!
I can’t thank the guys and owner at Duct Source enough, they went above and beyond helping me with the duct work for my whole house. Every piece fit 100% perfect and looks amazing. The owner sat down with me and gave me tips and explained how to get my measurements since this was my first install. The customer service was amazing. Thanks again guys!!!
