Bret came out and did a thorough examination of my ducts and they actually did not need to be cleaned. I was amazed a company would be so honest as to not do services that were requested if they were not needed. Bret stayed and answered many other questions I had regarding the dust in the house and how to remediate. Super friendly, honest, and thorough. I highly recommend Duct Pros if you think you need ducts cleaned. They’ll inspect and be HONEST with you!!!
These guys are really pros at duct cleaning! They were prompt, protected all the floors and edges of doorways. Showed how bad our dryer vent was. Totally professional and courteous. We will use them in the future. I highly recommend them to anyone wanting their duct work and dryer vents cleaned. Had an issue with duct work popping after the work was completed and they came right out, found the problem (nail poking on metal duct) and fixed it. Absolutely the best! Could not be happier.
