Update: It's now the end of September 2025, a couple of months since Duct Mate worked on our central AC and I wrote the below review. I'm happy to say we made it through the rest of this cooling season with everything working great, and still a bone dry pan! Original Review: The air handler on our 17-year old central AC was leaking into the pan enough to cause our system to shut off.
