Glad I switched to Duct Mate. Shavon was my Technician and right away he was the only one who found out that my AC unit was not properly draining the water into the outside gutters !!! He was able to fix the problem which could have caused the unit to flood over and stop working. He was also very knowledgeable and spent a lot of time thoroughly go over the Unit. Highly recommend Duct Mate
