Our Duct Mate technicians were very professional, knowledgeable and very courteous! It was a pleasure to have them install our new, highly efficient A/C system!
Professional and great work
I have never had HVAC service before and I am so glad I went with Duct Mate. Joseph Jr went above and beyond our expectations, came and responded the same day we inquired. We had an issue with the external unit and our circuit breaker and Joseph Jr helped fix everything and brought it up to excellent conditions. There was several other checklist items that we were not aware of and they made sure we were taken care of.
Joe and his crew have been exceptional to work with. Professional, courteous, and enthusiastic about their job.
The air handler on our 17-year old central AC was leaking into the pan enough to cause our system to shut off. We had someone from another company come out twice and was unsuccessful at solving the problem. We then called Duct Mate. They came out the next day and Anothony and his helper solved the problem in about an hour or so.
