The owner booked the duct cleaning for my unit tomorrow. However, I have not yet received the proof of insurance, the scope of work, or even any information regarding cleaning preparations from Shane. I have sent an email to the Gmail address he provided and also sent a reminder message to his phone number, but he has not responded. I am very concerned about potential damage due to the work Shane will be performing tomorrow.
Shane and his team showed up within 2 hours of contacting them. Excellent work, pleasant manner. Dryer vent is in great condition now! .

I had the Duct Masters out to clean all my vents and they even went over and above and reviewed a furnace installation I just had that I didn’t feel had gone well. They were excellent! I will use them again and highly recommend
