Called Duct Masters and the owner Roger called me back where he explained the entire process including why they were different than other companies. Gave me a quote over the phone based on size of my house and the service tier I wanted. Fast forward a week and Jeremiah and Dylan came promptly on time. As you can see from the other reviews this father sons team came highly recommended by other local homeowners who have used their services. This is the second vent cleaning I have had done. This is the first time is was done PROPERLY. Do not fall for the cheaper options or for hvac companies who do everything else too. Go with these guys who this is all they do. They do it well and at a fair price. They are very thorough. The dust is out home has decreased by 90+% since their cleaning. See you in 5 years!
Truly exceptional experience from first call through the service visit. We called because our dryer was heating inconsistently and thought it might be the vent. Roger and Chad were very accommodating and Chad came out the next day with two other guys. They determined the vent was clear and that there could be an issue with the dryer settings because they got it to heat when used on Timed Dry. Long story short, these guys are honest, informed and kind and we will definitely call on them again for duct or dryer vent cleaning.
Had Duct Masters come out to clean our dryer vent, per a recommendation we got from our neighbors. We had a slight burning smell, and was only able to do so much by myself to clean it out. Roger was able to schedule us for the next day and his son Chad came out to do the work. He did a very thorough job and kept me informed throughout the process. Overall, took less than an hour. Both gentlemen were very nice and easy to deal with as well. Will use them in the future!
This was the first time using Duct Masters. I was impressed by the initial contact in the form of a personal phone call from Roger Allen the owner who took me through their approach to duct cleaning pointing out the difference between conventional brush based cleaning and their process.
