Stay away from this company. I had my ducts inspected at a cost of $135. My 'Inspector' did not go under the house until my wife caught him not going under the house. He then showed me a picture of a Crack between my unit and the duct and stated " that's where the problem is but we won't know what the problem is until we look at it." I had Duct-Man install two new Trane Units about 2-3 years ago. I worked with Tim. Tim provided great customer service. At one point it felt like the entire company was at my house, so both units could be done in 1 day. I've had a few minor issues and Tim is always the one to call back and quickly resolve the issue. In fact just a few months ago I called on a Sunday expecting to leave a message so someone could come out that week to evaluate the error code. Duct-Man is the best ! I’ve called them 3 times for service and each time they responded quickly and fixed my A/C at a very fair price.
Was advised by my roofer to call them to have new venting done for 2 bathrooms and range before the roof is put on. Called and spoke to Natalie and made appointment for Thursday May 22nd. Was contacted the day of the appointment to reschedule due to “a lot of non cooling calls and a tech calling in sick”. Okay it’s busy and hot, I get that, so I rescheduled for Tuesday May 27th.
