Have been a customer for years with both my home & business and I’ve always had amazing service. However, Quan went above & beyond to walk me through a temporary measure to fix my AC this evening until their tech could get out first thing in the morning! All this so I didn’t have to suffer thru a very long hot August night! That’s really care; that’s customer service! Thank you Quan 🥰
Needed an emergency diagnosis. Called and got the owner Quan. I live out of the service area. He ran me through a few steps to figure out the issue. Ended up being a simple fix. All done on the phone/photos and while he was on vacation with his family. He took that valuable time to help me out! He should expand his service statewide. He saved me potentially a few grand that I could have been taken advantage of by other companies. This company has helped me and my family many times!
Duct-Man is my go to A/C company - won’t use anyone else!! Fast, knowledgeable, reasonable prices (particularly this time of year) and courteous - James was the best!!
Recently had a new 5 ton AC unit installed a couple of months ago. Had a small issue that wasn’t allowing the unit to keep the house cool enough and they showed up the next day found the issue and resolved it free of charge. Great service and great company. Would highly recommend.
