We purchased a new unit a little over a year ago, to say it’s been a nightmare ever since is an understatement. The unit surges our power every time it kicks on we recently learned that the wiring to the unit was the incorrect size and no one during installation made any mention that it was incorrect. The thermostat for the unit had to be replaced the first time within a month of getting the new unit. No matter how we set the thermostat it will not cool because the temperature is incorrect. They ran into issues with bad wires from the old unit and they both stayed late into the evening trouble shooting the issue. Great job to both technician! Stay away from this company. I had my ducts inspected at a cost of $135. My 'Inspector' did not go under the house until my wife caught him not going under the house. He then showed me a picture of a Crack between my unit and the duct and stated " that's where the problem is but we won't know what the problem is until we look at it." I had Duct-Man install two new Trane Units about 2-3 years ago. I worked with Tim. Tim provided great customer service. At one point it felt like the entire company was at my house, so both units could be done in 1 day. I've had a few minor issues and Tim is always the one to call back and quickly resolve the issue. In fact just a few months ago I called on a Sunday expecting to leave a message so someone could come out that week to evaluate the error code.
