RecommendedI made an appointment on a Thursday and they were able to schedule us on Monday. They explained the process and what we could expect. They arrived on time, were extremely professional, explaining everything as they went. If they had to move anything or unplug cords in outlets, they let us know. They were extremely clean and conscious about our family allergies. They suggested we could take a before and after picture, which showed a major difference. Scheduled duct cleaning and took the whole day off work. No one ever showed up or called. I called twice and the answering service sent my messages to the management company and I also e-mailed Mike. It is now the next day and no one has called or e-mailed back. Such a waste of my time and my ETO. Very unprofessional.
