We had a rather dumb situation with our dryer vent cleaning needs... and Derek helped us out no one else would. We called several places and he was the only one willing to come out, get it done, charge a really fair price. He was punctual, polite and even gave our daughter a sticker. And he was fast! He even answered a few other questions unrelated to the service he was there for. And asked for our honest opinion after that. Didn't try to push us into giving a good review, he said be honest. So we are. 10 outta 10.
Derek did a phenomenal job on our house which had over 50 years of ducrs never being cleaned. He called us about 20 min prior to say he was on his way, and he arrived on time. He and his assistant were so polite, and they cleaned and vacuumed up everything so it looked great. He showed us before and after photos. I was shocked at the difference! Very pleased with the job Duck King did in cleaning my ducts. He was on time, very friendly, kept me informed of what he was doing and periodically gave me how much time was left to clean. He told me the maintenance I needed to do with my air exchange. Definitely will hire him again!
Derek was fantastic! He was very thorough and knowledgeable. He cleaned our duct work, dryer vent, and air exchanger (which we didn't even realize needed cleaning). We are very happy with the work he performed.
