This was my first time getting my dryer vent cleaned. I’ve had my LG washer and dryer for about 3 years now so I knew I was long overdue. Our clothes dryer had not been drying efficiently for a while. When it started to smell smoky, I called DUCT DUDES per a referral from George's Appliance, who recommended duct cleaning before servicing the dryer. The female appt. scheduler at Duct Dudes promptly returned my call and set up an appt. the next day! Genaro and Ismael just came to our house to clean our dryer ducts. They were prompt, respectful, efficient, and knowledgeable. They found a problem preventing our dryer from working correctly when the last person told us we didn't have a problem. I highly recommend asking for Genaro and Ismael.
I had been hunting for many from the facebook. Do not fall trap into them. Duct Dudes are very professional, courteous and offer superioir service and very customer oriented.
Amazing service. I’m incredibly happy with the results. I will do this again with them and highly recommend anyone who hasn’t used them yet.
