This was a great experience. We bought a house a few years ago and called them to clean the dryer ducts. The scheduling process was easy (had to answer a few questions, but they gave me a price beforehand which was wonderful). The crew arrived on time, was clean, very thorough, and very professional. They discovered that our dryer ducts was disconnected in two places, and went above and beyond to fix a potentially hazardous situation.
