Duct Doctor came this morning to clean the dryer vent. Appreciated the text updates and arrived on time. Both were friendly and professional. Set up appointment for next year and use this service annually. Great Job!
The two technicians were very professional and knowledgeable about their industry. They took the time to answer our many questions about HVAC systems and we could feel the pride they took in making sure our problem was solved. They even went above and beyond to double check the work from other HVAC companies and made minor repairs they missed (free of charge!)
The service team arrived on time and was very friendly. They explained what they were doing every step of the way. The whole process was about 2 hours to clean all the vents and inject the system with the antimicrobial. They cleaned up afterwards. The price quoted over the phone is what they changed. Highly recommend them.
