The team arrived on time, and they were friendly and professional. They did a great job on a system that was in desperate need of a thorough cleaning due to previous residents' neglect. This is the second time I have used Duct Doctor. We moved and I knew right away I wanted them (and only them) to come and clean our ducts. The team came and did a very nice job but they missed a duct that was in a tricky spot beneath the stairwell. It did concern me to find the return duct still dirty.
