Hector, Allen, & Gus came over promptly to inspect our ducts when we thought there was a dead rat in them - turns out there wasn’t a rat in the vent (it’s in the floorboards ) but Hector recommended we still get them cleaned out because they were disgusting. They were very kind, respectful, and did a great job! He also offered to disinfect our vents but wasn’t at all pushy about it which we very much appreciated. Our house smells great now with exception to the room with the rat problem. Thanks Duct Doctors!!
Duct Doctor USA of Atlanta's prices are outrageous and excessive. They charged me an arm and a leg for a simple duct cleaning service, and when I questioned the bill, they became defensive and argumentative. Not a trustworthy company.
