I took a day off work to get my dryer vents cleaned. Lost a day of pay for this, also waited 2 weeks, could not use my dryer. A man showed up spent 5 minutes at my house and told me to go get a lint catcher. Charged me 75$ just to tell me in his own words he wasn't going to do his job! I'm still without use of my dryer! I will be contacting the company for refund! I am beyond disappointed!!!

We had Duct Doctor of the Tri-cities clean our HVAC ductwork today and I could not be more impressed with his work. Mike was professional and did a fantastic job. He was on-time and a pleasure to have in our home. Rarely do I write reviews but this guy earned it. If you are looking for someone do clean your ductwork, call him. You will not be disappointed.

Showed up on time, was very professional and tidy. Thoroughly clean the ducts and vents.
