Duct Doctor came out to clean my ducts. The two technicians that did the work were very nice and professional. However, unfortunately the technicians ran their oversized hose through my window to clean the ducts and damaged my window. Apparently , the pressure and vibration of the hose caused debris build up in between my double pane window. Never allow technicians to run the hose through your window.
