Duct Diagnostics were professionals the minute they walked in the door. The two service techs wore paper booties, explained what they were going to do, showed me their work half way through the project and when it was over. They vacuumed my carpets and put away my belongings in the exact location from the furnace closet (I was very impressed with this). The air coming out of my ducts feels clean and flows with more force. I highly recommend the professionals at Duct Diagnostics.
From my phone inquiry to the complete residential duct cleaning, my experience with Duct Diagnostics was truly a breath of fresh air! I came down with allergy problems for the first time in my life, apparently from allergens both inside and outside of my home, and predominantly from material that was in my ducts for over 35 years. It got so bad that I had to keep some windows open while I was running my central AC. I often felt that I didn’t want to come home. But all of that ended after they finished their work which included cleaning my AC cooling coil that’s located in the ducts above the blower. Thank God and Duct Diagnostics for that. Chris from Duct Diagnostics did a fantastic job cleaning my ducts for a relatively reasonable price. They arrived on time with a call prior to let me know they were on their way. They spent 5 hours cleaning all the duct work throughout my condo and the furnace. They were tidy and did not leave a mess and left the vents in good condition. They also put in a new filter. After they cleaned my furnace and the coils it looked like new again even though they had been coated in thick soot and debris before cleaning. I was impressed... read more

Mike T. from Duct Diagnostics from Milford, Connecticut came to our home in Colchester, CT. on scheduled time. Mike entered at home and put on his booties ( we have white carpets) as soon as he entered. All throughout he was friendly, easy to talk to & very courteous. Extremely knowlegeable too.
