I booked them They didn’t turn up until their booked 2 hr slot to come in . Not even call and inform About anything After time run out , I called them They said someone will call me in 2 minutes, but no one called I waited 30 mins. Totally I waited around approximately 3 hrs outside property Irresponsible people and behaviour.

I booked for repairs check , some Indian show up even not speaking right English,they check out and took 150 from me the never show again , no follow up and quoted. Do not trust this bunch of Indian , they are so bad just took your money and run away !

I used this service on the Surf coast on the 15th june 2022. Booking was easy and they did show up close enough to promised time. The person who attended diagnosed that I had a broken duct which is what I knew because that's why I called them. Charged me $180 for a call out fee which is fairly normal. But then told me he didn't have the spare duct required to fix it and that I would need to call "the office" for next steps. Rang up to book a duct clean and was told they would send someone that afternoon between 2-4pm. I realised 5mins later that I needed to cancel as I had a work commitment. Rang back and was told I’d have to pay a $150 cancellation fee unless I rebooked within 10 days. I explained I’d only called 5mins prior and they insisted I would have to pay.
